Getting Started
To register, go to the "Registration" page, fill out the form with your data (name, email, password) and confirm your email. After confirmation, you can start creating your family tree.
After logging into the system, click "Create Tree", enter the name and description. Then add yourself as the first family member, specifying basic data (name, surname, date of birth). After that, you can add relatives.
Select a person in the tree, click "Add Relative" and choose the type of relationship (parent, child, spouse). Fill in the information about the new relative. You can also select an existing person if they are already in your tree.
Yes, in the tree settings, find the "Invitations" section and enter the relative's email. They will receive an invitation and can join your tree for collaborative editing and viewing.
Technical Questions
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?", enter your email and follow the instructions in the email. If you don't have access to email, contact support.
In the tree settings, find the "Export" section and select the format (GEDCOM, PDF, image). Basic export is available in the free version, extended formats in the premium version.
Open the relative's profile, go to the "Gallery" section and click "Upload Photo". JPG, PNG, GIF formats are supported. Maximum file size is 10 MB.
Open the relative's profile and click "Edit". You can change any information: name, dates, place of birth, add photos and notes.
Security and Privacy

In the tree settings, you can choose the access level: private (only you), for family (invited relatives), public (visible to everyone). You can also hide certain information from other users.
Yes, in the profile settings there is an option "Delete Account". When deleted, all your data will be permanently deleted. We recommend first exporting important information.
By default, your tree is private and visible only to you. You can invite relatives for collaborative viewing. Public trees are visible to all platform users.
Payment and Subscription
Basic features are free: up to 3 trees, 100 relatives, 50 photos. Premium subscription costs 299₽/month and includes unlimited capabilities.
Payment is processed by Robokassa. We accept Visa, Mastercard and MIR cards, plus SBP, SberPay and Yandex Pay. Auto-renewal requires a bank card. YooMoney, QIWI and bank transfers are not available.
In the profile settings, go to the "Subscription" section and click "Cancel". The subscription will be active until the end of the paid period, after which it will return to the free plan.
Yes, within 14 days of payment, you can request a refund if you haven't used premium features. Contact support.
