Yes, you can invite relatives by email. They will receive an invitation and can join your family tree to work together.

By default, all family trees are private. You can configure access levels for each tree in settings. You can also hide specific information from other users.

Yes, you can export your family tree in various formats (GEDCOM, PDF, image). This lets you keep a backup or share it with relatives.

Yes. Limits depend on your plan: Basic has caps for relatives, photo storage and available features. Paid plans have higher limits. Current limits and usage are always shown in the Subscription section.

Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your email and we will send instructions to restore access.

If a trial is available, you will see a "Start 14-day free trial" button on the Pricing page. After activation you get access to the selected paid plan for 14 days. The trial can be started only once.

Auto-renewal is implemented via Robokassa recurring payments. After the first card payment, Robokassa can charge you automatically before the next billing period begins. Auto-renew status is shown in the Subscription section. You can disable auto-renew there at any time — access remains until the end of the paid period.

Activation usually happens automatically after Robokassa confirms the payment. Refresh the Subscription page and wait 1–2 minutes. If the plan is still not active, contact support and include your account email, payment date/time, and amount.

Colorization and enhancement have monthly quotas depending on your plan. If the quota is reached, wait until next month or upgrade to a plan with a higher quota. Also make sure you're using the tree owner's account (or you have permissions).

Calendar generation is available on paid plans and is counted monthly (quota depends on your plan). You can see current usage and limits in the Subscription section.

A memorial QR points to a page like /m/{token}. Before activation it shows an activation form; after activation it shows a public memorial page. The QR can be activated once. After activation, save the edit link (shown once).
